Here is how to remove data from our App Playlet: Reels of Tiny Shows, published by Micro Showtime Ltd.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data by deleting your account via the "Account Deletion" tool available in the account management section on our homepage. In the event a user requests deletion of personal information, it will be conducted under the supervision of the Data Protection Officer.
If you are using an SNS account, you can also obtain deletion through the "Account Deletion" option available in the app.
As a result of deleting your account, you will lose access to most services, including your account and app-related information, subscriptions, and other linked services. This includes all your app-related items, characters, and any remaining app credits in your account.
Important note: Any virtual goods you purchase from us are directly linked to your account. If you close your account, you will lose access to all virtual goods, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.
Grace period: We will allow you to restore your account during a minimum grace period of 45 (forty-five) days from the moment you request deletion. This functionality helps prevent accidental data loss. During the suspension period, we may finalize financial or other activities that were initiated before your deletion request.
Complicated account deletion: In some cases, deletion of your account and personal data may take longer due to complexity or high request volume.
Information we retain: Upon expiry of the suspension period, we will delete all personal data except what is necessary for compliance with applicable laws (e.g., tax or accounting obligations) or for fraud detection and prevention. We may retain anonymized data after your account has been closed. Information you shared with others (e.g., in-app chats, posts, or groups) may remain visible and outside of our control. Group content associated with closed accounts will appear as posted by an unknown user. Your profile may continue to appear in other services (e.g., search results) until those caches are refreshed.
